For yoga users, thin and wide elastic bands are more suitable; for users who use a variety of muscle building and shaping, thick and long elastic bands are more flexible and easy to use. Handle or not

Band-shaped and strip-shaped pure rubber resistance belts do not need to be equipped with handles at all (with handles, it will affect the flexibility of use).
